Project based Salesforce Implementation
We are looking for a salesforce certified consultant/developer who we can hire on a regular basis to implement salesforce for our clients. We currently have three projects that we need resources for urgently. Project duration range from 3-9 weeks.
Details of the projects are attached with this post. Interested freelancers should provide a pointwise breakup of time and cost. (our suggested price is per project)

As we have multiple projects for salesforce implementation this job could also lead to a contract for outsourcing these projects

Project 1

Our customer is looking to improve, track and automate 3 major aspects of their internal business
process.


1. Customer complaints – The agent handling the complaint will be able to create a case from which all
communication and actions can be tracked against.
2. Customer chargebacks – Chargeback cases can be created by agents within Salesforce so that all
activity can be tracked against it.
3. Graphics department – Graphics department will be able to collaborate internally through Salesforce
Chatter on designs and idea
Following are the stages/deliverables identified as being part of the scope.
1. Discovery & Design
Overall Discovery and requirements gathering sessions of business and technical processes for the
project. Solution Design sessions to determine the business and technical design of the overall
application.
2. Requirements Documentation & Sign Off
Requirements documentation from discovery session(s) which outline all the action items that needs to
be executed to achieve the goal of the project.
3. Case Management
Configure the Case Object as well as 2 assignment rules, 2 auto-response rules, 2 email templates, 1 web
to case form, and email to case as applicable.
4. Workflow Rules
Configure up to 4 applicable Workflow automation rules to support the business and technical
requirements. Includes automatically sent emails (and associated Email templates), field updates, tasks
created, and outbound SOAP API messages as applicable.
5. Security – Roles, Permissions, Hierarchy
Configuration of security as applicable including organization wide sharing rules, role hierarchy, custom
profiles, field level security, and other controls as needed.
6. Approval Processes Configure up to 1 applicable Approval Processes.
7. Reports and Dashboards
Configuration of up to 4 Reports and 1 Dashboards with 5 Components to provide insights into business
processes and data.
8. Project Management
Overall management of the project including agendas, project reports, client communications (emails,
phone calls, adhoc meetings), and operations of the project.

Out of Scope
Data Migration, training, ERP integration are out of scope on the project estimate. GSD is fully capable of completing these actions, but they will need to be included on either a phase 2 or change order.

Timeline
The anticipated timeline for this project is a maximum of 3-4 weeks. The timeline is subject to change if the requirements change during the project

Project 2

Summary This project is to implement Salesforce and Pardot. The client’s sales, marketing, and reimbursement team now live inside one single platform. The challenges with running a sales operation out of spreadsheets and email are the inabilities to manage a sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, access histories of communications, gauge the activity of the sales team, and scale the company.


The implementation will help manage leads, step them through a sales process of qualification utilizing activity management (call/email/meeting logging), and build a sales pipeline. The reimbursement team will be able to handle intakes in a more efficient manner than ever before. The overall goal of this first project is to get the sales, marketing, and reimbursement team up and running on the Salesforce platform to manage the end-to-end process in a more scalable fashion than ever before.

Robust reporting and dashboard functionality should enable the team gain deep, real-time insights into the activity of the sales team, enabling real-time strategic decision making. Salesforce communities will be implemented to allow partners to log and manage leads and opportunities.

  1. Opportunity Management

Configuration of Opportunity as they apply to the overall data model. Configuration of up to 10 custom fields, one page layout, one ales process, and two validation rules.

  1. Product and Price Book Management

Configure Products and Price Books and how they relate to Opportunities and Opportunity Products.

  1. Custom Objects

Create and configure Reimbursement Custom Object to support the application’s requirements. The configuration includes up to 14 custom fields, two page layouts and two validation rules.

  1. Custom Objects

Create and configure Intake Custom Object to support the application’s requirements. The configuration includes up to 10 custom fields, two page layouts and three validation rules.

  1. Community Configuration

Configuration of Community allowing partners to log leads and manage opportunities. Out-of-the-box community’s setup features will be utilized.

  1. Workflow Rules

Configure up to 15 applicable Workflow automation rules to support the business and technical requirements. Includes automatically sent emails (and associated Email templates), field updates, tasks created, and outbound SOAP API messages as applicable.

  1. Users & Profiles Setup users and up to 3 profiles.

  2. Reports and Dashboards

Configuration of up to 10 Reports and three Dashboards with three Components to provide insights into business processes and data.

  1. Pardot Implementation

Implementation and configuration of Pardot as described in Quickstart Implementation guide.

  1. Training

Training services utilizing a mix of train-the trainer style training and end-user training.

  1. Project Management

Overall management of the project including agendas, project reports, client communications (emails, phone calls, adhoc meetings), and operations of the project

The client is challenged with running a sales operation out o f spreadsheets and email are the inabilities to manage a sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, access histories of communications, gauge the activity of the sales team, and scale. Visualforce pages will be designed for the patient portal.
